APPEALING FIRST-INSTANCE DECISIONS MADE BY KINDERGARTENS

KINDERGARTEN, ENROLMENT, ADMISSION, COMPULSORY, PRESCHOOLING, 3 YEARS OLD, THREE YEARS OLD, CHILD, APPLICATION, FIRST INSTANCE, SECOND INSTANCE, PROCEDURE, DECISION, APPEAL, NOTARY

Parents may appeal against first-instance decisions made by kindergartens, addressed to the notary and submitted to the kindergarten making the decision.

ADMINISTRATION PROCESS


  1. Submit an appeal, written in your own words, to the kindergarten that issued the decision
  2. The appeal is reviewed
  3. A decision of second instance is issued

  • a copy of the kindergarten first instance decision
  • the appeal
