DECISIONS ON PRE-EMPTION RIGHTS IN MUNICIPAL HOUSING

PRE-EMPTION RIGHT, MUNICIPAL HOUSING

The Council is entitled to waive pre-emption rights pertaining to the implementation of urban planning developments, while the Mayor is entitled to waive pre-emption rights set out in the Charter Document of the condominium.

Please include in your submission regarding pre-emption rights the details of the Seller and the Buyer (name and address), the exact description, address, plot number, and purchase price of the property for which pre-emption is sought, and whether pre-emption rights were established by the District Urban Planning document or by the Charter Document.

Required documents

Acquisition of ownership by the Municipality is conducted in accordance with Decree No 4/1994 (III. 2.) of Budapest 12th District Local Council on exercising ownership rights over the property of Budapest 12th District Municipality.
