PROPERTY PROTECTION, PROPERTY BREACH, TRESPASSING, NEIGHBOUR, NEIGHBOURING, FORCIBLE ENTRY, ARBITRARY, PLOT, ILLEGAL
If the owner is unlawfully deprived of his or her property or a trespassing is committed within one year, he or she shall be entitled to protection of the property. The subject of the application is restitution and the prohibition of further infringement by the infringer.

- Written request (submitted in one more copy than the number of parties against whom protection is sought) download form

- power of attorney if using an authorised representative (including a copy of a specimen signature for companies, and the resolution of the general meeting of the condominium in case of a common representative)
