CONTRIBUTION TO THE COSTS OF PNEUMONIA VACCINE
Applicants are eligible for the benefit if over 65 years of age in the year of lodging the application, and living in a single household in the 12th district and under a monthly net income of 125,400 HUF. The amount of the one-off benefit is 5,000 HUF.
ADMINISTRATION PROCESS
The completed form shall be submitted at the Welfare Office (Népjóléti Iroda) no later than 60 days after the vaccination.

Required documents
The application form is available at the Welfare Office during hours of operation. Instruments certifying the income of the applicant and a copy of the invoice on the purchased vaccine – issued to the applicant’s name – shall be attached to the application.
