AD HOC ALLOWANCE FOR THE ELDERLY

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, UNSUSTAINABLE, AID, ALLOWANCE

According to municipal decree, the ad hoc allowance for the elderly is granted automatically, i.e. without application, to all elderly persons who turn 65 by the last day of February and who had been granted extraordinary settlement allowance between 1 September 2019 and the last day of February 2020. (Extraordinary settlement allowances: ad hoc allowance, crisis allowance, funeral allowance, extraordinary child protection allowance.)

To claim the allowance, please submit an application if you had not received any of the above benefits, turn 65 by the last day of February, have no long-term savings, and the net monthly income per capita of your family does not exceed HUF 95,700. In case of those living alone or over the age of 90, the income threshold is HUF 109,100.

The amount of the support is HUF 12,000, which will be paid in March.

ADMINISTRATION PROCESS

Please submit the completed application form at the Mayor's Office Welfare Office (Polgármesteri Hivatal Népjóléti Irodája) in February.

Required documents

The application form can also be picked up at the Public Welfare Office during office hours. Please attach the following documents to your application: certificates certifying the family income of the person applying for support.
