CRISIS AID
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, ENDANGERING LIVELIHOOD, UNEXPECTED, CRISIS, NATURAL DISASTER, ASSISTANCE
Crisis AID may be granted to a person or family whose subsistence has become temporarily unsustainable or severely endangered due to extraordinary circumstances (natural disaster, serious illness, failure of high-value housing equipment, keeping a child by a pregnant mother in crisis, etc.), and which are not eligible for ad hoc support.
The aid may be granted if:
- the monthly income per capita in the applicant's family does not exceed HUF 109,100,
- the monthly income per capita in the severely disadvantaged family does not exceed HUF 125,400
ADMINISTRATION PROCESS
Please submit the completed application form to the Mayor's Office Welfare Office (Polgármesteri Hivatal Népjóléti Irodája).

Monday: 13:00 to 17:30
Tuesday: no customer service
Wednesday: 08:00 to 16:00
Thursday: no customer service
Friday: 08:00 to 12:00
Required documents
The application form can also be picked up at the Public Welfare Office during office hours. Please attach the certificates to your application verifying the income of the person or family applying for support.
