- In the presence of the parties concerned, reviewing the legal conditions, providing information to the prospective couple, receipt of the necessary documents, the recording the statements.
Required documents
- Document proving the identity and nationality of both parties: identity card/passport and address card
- Birth certificate
- To verify marital status for divorcees: a certified marriage certificate/final proof of dissolution
- To verify marital status for widows: death certificate
