EMPTY FLAT, EMPTY PREMISES, DISPOSAL, PURCHASE, BUYING, SELLING
Disposal of vacant dwellings and non-residential premises owned by the Municipality. The premises can be disposed of through a public tender by bidding on the purchase price, if disposal is not in conflict with the Municipality's policies on property management and if it has been designated for disposal by the Council or the Proprietorship and Urban Development Committee (Tulajdonosi és Városfejlesztési Bizottság), depending on the value of the premises.

ADMINISTRATION PROCESS
- Calls for public tender are published on the notice board at the Mayor's Office, on the municipal website and in the local and/or national press.
- A sales and purchase agreement is concluded with the highest bidder after the bidding.
Required documents
- For high value properties, a bid package must be purchased
- Form; a statement downloaded from the website and submitted to Jaczkovics Law Office together with proof of payment of the auction fee.
Payment information
Auction fee (10% of the starting price, which counts towards the purchase price).
