CONSENT TO TAKING UP RESIDENCE
CONSENT, TAKING UP RESIDENCE, PARTNER, COHABITING CHILD, SPOUSE, SIBLING, CHILD OF THE COHABITING CHILD, GRANDCHILD, FAMILY MEMBER
The landlord may, at the request of the tenant (co-tenant, flatmate), consent to the tenant allowing his or her sibling, partner, spouse of his or her cohabiting child, or grandchild taking up residence in the premises.
Unless otherwise provided by the decree, the landlord shall also stipulate as a condition of the consent that if the lease contract is terminated, the person taking up residence is not entitled to continue the lease.
Proof of kinship with the person taking up residence.
