- Receipt of the foreign document submitted in person or by proxy and forwarding it to the competent authority.

- Foreign document affixed with such verification as is prescribed by law (consular certification or apostille) with certified Hungarian translation (translated by the Hungarian Office for Translation and Attestation or the embassy abroad)
