OWNER’S RESOLUTIONS, CONDOMINIUM, GENERAL MEETINGS

Preparing owner’s resolutions for condominium general meetings.

Please send the invitation to the general meeting of the condominium and its annexes to the Economic Supply Service (Gazdasági Ellátó Szolgálat, 1126 Budapest Királyhágó u. 18.).

For preparing a resolution, please send invitations with agenda items of a technical nature to the City Management Office (Városüzemeltetési Iroda, 1126 Budapest, Böszörményi út 23-25.), along with the necessary documentation (e.g., expert opinions, quotes).

Taking into account the compliance with the law and the economic interests of the Local Government, the Property Management Office prepares a resolution for the holder of the title on the agenda items in cooperation with the legal representative and the City Management Office. Please send invitations and annexes to each agenda item (report, budget, quotations, etc.) to our Municipality 30 days before the date of the general meeting, but no later than 8 days in advance, in order to prepare for the general meeting and to have a meaningful vote.

ADMINISTRATION PROCESS

If possible, please send the invitation to the General Meeting and the annexes to each agenda item (report, budget, quotations, etc.) to the Economic Supply Service and our Local Government 30 days before the date of the General Meeting, but no later than 8 days in advance.
