      Births are reported by filling in a live birth form signed by the parents.Live births are registered in accordance with the submitted documents, and the birth certificate is issued and mailed one day after the notification.
      To apply for an address card for the infant, please visit the document office (Okmányiroda). The card will be mailed to the mother's permanent address.

    • documents proving the identity and citizenship of the parents
    • marriage certificate/declaration of fatherhood
