CANCELLING A PARKING PERMIT
You can cancel your parking permit at any time via the Internet in our online administration system. The service is only available to individuals for the purpose of having their residential parking permit revoked. Legal entities can have their permit revoked in person at our customer service desk.
WHEN SHOULD YOU HAVE YOUR PERMIT REVOKED?
- If you move to another address and the new resident cannot get a parking permit as long as the address has a valid parking permit.
- If you already have 2 residential parking permits issued for your address, but you want to use it for another vehicle.
- You have sold your car, or your vehicle has been deregistered.
TERMS OF ONLINE CANCELLATION
Registering a Hegyvidék account and personal identification of the individual is required for cancelling the permit.
Payment information
The cancellation is free of charge, the fee paid upon redemption of the parking permit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The time-proportionate part of the parking fee paid for the redemption of the parking permit for your second car will be refunded to the bank account number given during the online administration.
