ISSUE OF CERTIFICATE FOR ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES

ENFORCEMENT ACT, 138/C, 154/A, ENFORCEMENT, AUCTION, FORFEITURE, RESIDENCE, ASSET FORFEITURE

The notary issues the certificates required for the enforcement proceedings under Act LIII of 1994 on Enforcement Proceedings (“Enforcement Act”). The notary with jurisdiction over the location of the property will issue a certificate on receiving a request to seize a property (Section 138/C of the Enforcement Act) and on receiving a request from the highest bidder to empty a property (Subsection 154/A(11) of the Enforcement Act).
