A permit for cancelling mortgages used as a collateral for the outstanding purchase price, consent to the registration of mortgages at a rank next in line to mortgages registered in favour of the local government.
Purchase price arrears shall be paid in full by the buyer. Payment shall be made to the Office of Finance and Budget (Pénzügyi és Költségvetési Iroda), where the proceedings will be laucnhed.
After the payment of the purchase price arrears, the Property Management Office (Vagyongazdálkodási Iroda) receives a request confirming the payment. We will then prepare the permit to cancellation. The permit will be issued within two weeks and sent to the relevant Land Registry.
