OWNER’S CONSENT
SURFACE DEMOLITION, UTILITY, PAVEMENT, ROAD, ROAD LINK
Road surface demolition and the placement of a structure or other facility on the road, as well as occupying the road for other non-traffic purposes is subject to the consent of the owner of the road. Consent will be granted if specific conditions are met.
ADMINISTRATION PROCESS
Please submit your application for consent and the relevant design documentation on paper, by mail or in person at the customer service centre of the local council.
Consent is issued by the Urban Development Office (Városfejlesztési Iroda) within 21 days.

- Application: there is no standard form; please submit your application in person or by mail to the Hegyvidék Local Council (HU-1126 Budapest, Böszörményi út 23-25.)
