LICENSING OF NON-COMMERCIAL LEISURE ACCOMMODATION

Non-commercial leisure accommodation facilities are registered at the same time when the license is issued. When the data and documents prescribed by law have been submitted, an on-site inspection takes place and the notary decides on licensing and registering the non-commercial leisure accommodation or on rejecting the application. The authorities and expert bodies specified by law shall be notified of the registration.

1. Submit your application to the Administrative Office (Hatósági Iroda).
2. A permit is issued and the facility is registered, or the application is rejected.
   

   
   

   The administrative time limit is 21 days.
