COMPLAINT ON NOISE EMISSION
NOISE, NOISY, LOUD, VIBRATION, NOISE LOAD, LIMIT, NOISE, NOISE FROM OPERATION, CONSTRUCTION NOISE, NOISE EMISSION
Noise and vibration protection matters falling within the scope of the notary: commercial activities, entertainment, restaurants, garages, constructions, leisure activities.
This service is for investigating written submissions and reducing and eliminating unreasonable noise load.
ADMINISTRATION PROCESS
- Report the matter in writing.
- Written submissions are processed by the Green Office (Zöld Iroda). Procedural deadline: 60 days in full proceedings, 8 days in summary proceedings. The time limit does not include the time set aside for expert work and the duration of a stay of proceedings.
- The authority will decide in light of the facts established in the proceedings.

- the exact location,
- the property concerned,
- name and contact details of the notifier
Payment information
If the procedure concludes that the complaint is unsubstantiated, the costs incurred in the proceedings (e.g., expert fees) may be imposed on the complainant.
