POSTING OF LAND ACQUISITION NOTICES
LAND, FARMLAND, SALE, LEASE, POSTING, PRE-PURCHASE, ANNOUNCEMENT, NOTICE
In case of a sale or lease of land (land used for the purposes of agriculture or forestry as defined by the Land Turnover Act), the agreement on the sales and purchase or lease shall be posted in accordance with Government Decree 474/2013. (XII. 12.) laying down detailed rules of the publication by announcement of sales and lease contracts in the interest of exercising of pre-emption and pre-lease rights.
ADMINISTRATION PROCESS
- Submission of the contracts and the requests for publication.
- Posting an anonymised contract to exercise pre-emption rights.
- Forwarding the documents to the competent agricultural administration after the prescribed time limit for publication has expired.

- the land sale and purchase agreement (of which 1 is a paper-based document with safety features)
- the land lease agreement
- the relevant power of attorney for authorised representatives.
