SUBSIDY TO CONDOMINIUMS
CONDOMINIUM, SUBSIDY, FORCE MAJEURE, RENOVATION
Condominiums with a number of units above and below 50 can receive subsidies from the approved budget, just as condominiums carrying out necessary renovations in case of a force majeure.
ADMINISTRATION PROCESS
After the budget for a given year is approved, the prerequisites for applications are announced, including the required documents to be submitted.
The application must be submitted by the deadline and in the form specified in the call for proposals.
Following the evaluation, the Municipality concludes the grant agreements with the winning condominiums.
The condominium will carry out the renovation and hand over the accounts in the manner specified in the tender and at the time specified in the contract. If the accounts are found to be in order by the Municipality, the payment is made.
