MAINTENANCE GRANTS FOR STUDENTS
CHILD, SCHOOL, SCHOLARSHIP, STUDY AVERAGE, MAINTENANCE, GRANT
Maintenance grants can be given to full-time students from the completion of 4th grade of primary school to the completion of vocational school or secondary school, if his/her study average has reached or exceeded the average points of 4.00 at the end of the school year preceding the application and the income per capita in the family does not exceed HUF 67,000, or in case of a child with severe disadvantage, HUF 77,500.
The monthly amount of the social scholarship is HUF 7,200 per child.
The scholarship is fixed for the academic year and the scholarship application must be renewed annually.
ADMINISTRATION PROCESS
Please submit the completed application form between 15 August and 31 October to the Mayor's Office Welfare Office (Polgármesteri Hivatal Népjóléti Irodája).

Required documents
The application form can also be picked up at the Public Welfare Office during office hours. Please attach the following documents to your application: certificates certifying the family income of the person applying for support.
