SALE OF LAND PROPERTY
PLOT, SALE, PURCHASE, DISPOSAL
Disposal of municipal property is conducted in accordance with Decree No 4/1994 (III. 2.) of Budapest 12th District Local Council on exercising ownership rights over the property of Budapest 12th District Municipality, published at our website.
Residential and other plots owned by the Municipality can be disposed of through a tender, depending on the decision of the title holder. After appraisal, disposal of the property is carried out if it has been designated for disposal by the Council or the Proprietorship and Urban Development Committee (Tulajdonosi és Városfejlesztési Bizottság), depending on the value of the premises.

ADMINISTRATION PROCESS
Calls for tender are published on the notice board at the Mayor's Office, on the municipal website and in the local press. A sales and purchase agreement is concluded with the highest bidder after the bidding.
