Open-air exhibitions and concerts
MOM Cultural Center opens a community exhibition space called GLASS.HOUSE on the Sirály Promenade. In a kiosk, artists and designers are given the opportunity to present their work for two-week periods. The exhibition is accompanied by open-air concerts, book launches, public and partner meetings. The project includes performances by Žagar, a key figure in Hungarian and international electronic music life, Ian O'Sullivan, an Irish singer-songwriter, who lives in Hungary, and the Bored Groupies, an artistic formation of Annamari Kaptay and Míra Finta. From 16 June the first exhibitor of the GLASS.HOUSE will be the artist Márton Romvári, who gained international fame with his colorful, dynamic and abstract paintings.
