From the close of operations on Thursday, 23^rd December until 8 am on Monday, 3^rd January, no parking fees will be charged in the capital's waiting areas, meaning that, with a few exceptions, parking will be free in Budapest between the two holidays. The exception in the 12^th district is the Normafa parking lot, which is not a waiting area.
