It is again possible to apply for a free branch shredding program for district residents. As part of the action organized by the Hegyvidék Green Office, the contractor in charge will chop on the spot the freshly cut branches and twigs with a maximum diameter of 20 centimeters, gathered during the garden work. Up to 10 cubic meters of green waste is shredded per address. The shreds are not transported, they can be used locally for mulching or composting.
