Hegyvidék road renovations. Several Hegyvidék road sections will be renewed in the summer. On Gyógyfű Street, on the side of Kék Golyó Street, a paved road and sidewalk will be built for about 170 meters. Recently, the renovation of Nárcisz Street between Tamási Áron Street and Levendula Street has begun, where the sidewalk and the entire roadway will be renewed, the experts will replace the curb stones and in some parts the structure as well. Also, at the beginning of the summer, the renovation of MagasRoadi Alley will begin between Törökbálinti Road and Lidérc Street, where the worn layer will be replaced. Another major development will be the renovation of the curb stones of Mártonhegyi Rd. from Szúnyogh Rd. to Diana Rd. The some 1,800-square-meter gravel parking lot, which can accommodate seventy-six cars, has been completed and will soon be ready for use next to the Zugliget Chairlift.

 

The panoramic terrace on the roof of the Money Museum building in Széll Kálmán square has opened. The terrace level of the former Postal Palace, which offers a special view, was closed to the public until now, but it can now also be visited. The terrace, which also houses a café, can be visited free of charge during the opening hours of the Money Museum. To visit, you need to make an appointment at penzmuzeum.hu.

 

Demo Day. The Innovation Center of the Moholy-Nagy University of Arts (MOME IK) and the Hungarian Startup University Program (HSUP) will present pitch presentations of more than ten startup ideas on the topic of circular economy and well-being. The demo day starting at 5 p.m. on June 29 is a bilingual event, some pitches will be in English, others in Hungarian. The location is the experimental studio of MOME TWO Space (9-25 Zugligeti Rd.). Movies in English. Cinema MOM (53 Alkotás St.) is presenting the brand new superhero movie The Flash in English (with Hungarian subtitles), as well as Indiana Jones and the Action-adventure film called Dial of Destiny. The latter is the fifth part of the legendary Indiana Jones series, the title character is again played by Harrison Ford.
