Actual news from Hegyvidék

A toboggan and cross-country ski run were built. The new toboggan and cross-country ski track have been completed at Normafa, on the Anna meadow, where snow cannons ensure a permanent snow cover in cold but snow-free weather. For the time being, the snow-covered slopes can be used free of charge. In the future, the cross-country skiing field will be subject to a fee, but then the ticket will also include the opportunity to change clothes and shower in addition to the well-maintained and illuminated track at night. Next to the cross-country ski track, the completely rebuilt Vasas Ski House has recently opened, in which cross-country skiing equipment and sledges can be rented, as well as cross-country skiing lessons, in case of suitable snow conditions.
